On one of our ‘Hot Seats’ with James Cosmo and me, we were asked a question that, I suspect, most people could benefit from.

So we asked Rob if it would be okay to use this video clip and he replied, “Both Trevor’s and James’ insights were priceless and what I needed to hear. It would be a shame not to share, so please go ahead.”

Like a lot of people, he had some confusion about his purpose.

As I explain in this video, there’s a huge difference between your purpose and intentions, but often people get them mixed up.

Part of this is because we have so many facets to us and we’re interested in so many things… and it can be difficult to figure out.
